Lock downs have been lifted, you have your vaccine and its time to travel again. You’ve finished exploring your back yard and you are desperate for some wild African wilderness. Time to decide on where you go and how to plan it. To offer you peace of mind as to how we do it and what the process is, we are going to guide you through the steps of “how to book your Kruger National Park Safari with us. Its really as simple and easy as 2 emails.
If you’ve already looked through our site you will have already seen that we offer both Kruger National Park Day Safaris and Kruger National Park Overnight Safaris. So we can either be incorporated into your itinerary for a day or a few single days separated or we can offer you and end to end solution for your 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 Day Kruger National Park Safari. Whats important to note is that all of our Safaris are conducted in the Kruger National Park and not other private reserves that surround the Park. This also means that our primary accommodation is within the Park and its provided camps to offer you greater affordability as well as the opportunity to explore the 20,000kms which Kruger offers us. What we also offer is a more customised safari that way use private accommodation outside the park on its boundaries and we do this for greater exclusivity as a well as flexibility to day trips outside the Park ie. The Panorama.
Once you’ve had a look through and decided on what is closest to what you are looking for then you can select the Safari experience and fill in the enquiry details or if you are uncertain you can go to contact us tab and send us a mail with your request.
Once we have received your request via email we will send you a confirmation of your safari request, the date with availability as well as the final trip rates along with inclusions, exclusions and travel itinerary. If its a Day Safari you will receive details around you collection or pick up point for the day of safari. Alternatively we will meet you at the agreed time at the nearest gate where you will also have safe and secure vehicle parking. As harbingers of the Kruger Safari experience we continue too changed the perception of what Private Kruger Park Safari is by constantly enhancing the quality of our guided experiences. We are a true “Privately Guided Kruger National Park Safari” and offer our clients the highest standards in what a private experience should be. All our bookings are closed to the specific individual, couple, family or group. We have the most comfortable Open Safari vehicles with a few finer touches to enhance guest experience, but ultimately what it comes down to is the quality and standard of the Guides that will take you on a journey through Kruger. All our Guides have been trained through FGASA (Field Guides Association of Southern Africa) and hold a variety of qualifications along with experience in the bush that puts them at the very top levels of Guides in the Park and far above what is generally accepted. We do this because we know that the most important part of any guests experience starts and ends with their Guide.
Because of the standards that we provide our clients all our bookings are private and booked in advance to ensure availability for our clients. As a result we will request payment upfront and in full, 7 days prior to departure or the booking will be cancelled to make dates available for other clients. Your deposit or full payment secures your booking but please also refer to our terms and conditions which are designed to be in your favour and provide you with options.
For our Overnight Kruger Park Safaris a similar process will follow but we would recommend that you start booking this well in advance as accommodation availability is also key and we would like time to ensure that we can create the perfect itinerary with best camps and bungalows. In this case will will request a 50% deposit once you have signed doff on your itinerary so we can book and confirm accommodation and there after final payment within 30 Days of departure.
